- Module 1: Introduction to the relationship between science and law in the food&innovation field.
- Module 2: Introduction to Food Law: the right to food in a comparative perspective; the precautionary principle; food safety vs. food security; food regulation and sustainable development.
- Module 3: European Union Food Law: strategies, policies and regulation.
- Module 4: Food Law and Innovation: GMOs and the Novel Foods Cases.
- Module 5: Quality, Safety and Sustainability Assessment of Innovative Food Products.
- Module 6: Cellular agriculture and Novel Food production: production process, technical opportunities, challenges and applications
